Petra Hotel Guest Room Fit-Out

Project Overview

SpaceForge delivered the turnkey interior fit-out of 50 guest rooms at the Petra Hotel in Amman, Jordan, commissioned by Al Majd Hospitality Group. The scope covered every element of the room interiors from bespoke joinery and wall finishes through to MEP coordination, lighting, and final installation, delivered to the durability and consistency standards required across a commercial hotel operation. The room design balances warmth with operational practicality. Dark walnut timber panelling runs behind the headboard wall and continues into the wardrobe and desk joinery, giving each room a grounded, premium feel. Upholstered seating in olive green is paired with neutral carpet tiles in a geometric pattern, warm curtain fabrics, and artwork selected to add colour without overwhelming the palette. Every piece of case goods, headboard units, bedside consoles, luggage benches, writing desks, minibar cabinetry, and wardrobe systems, was manufactured in-house at our Dubai production facility and shipped to Amman for on-site installation. Rooms include integrated media walls with concealed cable management, bedside task lighting, and work-ready desk areas with power access. The project required repeatable precision across all 50 rooms, identical joinery tolerances, consistent finish quality, and coordinated MEP connections room to room. SpaceForge managed the full fit-out remotely from Dubai, including manufacturing, logistics, and on-site installation supervision in Jordan.
