OneTech Corporate Office Fit-Out

Project Overview

SpaceForge delivered the complete interior fit-out for OneTech's corporate headquarters in Sharjah. The brief was to create a workspace that reflects a modern technology company — open, collaborative, and energetic, while maintaining the professionalism and material quality expected of a corporate head office. The defining feature of the space is the ceiling architecture. Sculpted timber-clad ceiling planes run at angular geometries across the open-plan areas, integrating linear LED lighting into their folds and creating a sense of movement and visual direction throughout the floor plate. These were manufactured as bespoke elements at our Dubai production facility and installed on-site, not standard acoustic panels, but custom-shaped timber cladding built to the geometry of each zone. The workspace is organised around distinct activity areas: a formal boardroom with a large-format timber conference table and integrated AV connectivity, informal breakout lounges furnished with sculptural seating in olive, cognac, and stone tones, and open collaboration zones with modular colour-blocked furniture designed for flexibility. Glass-partitioned meeting rooms and private offices ring the perimeter, maintaining visual transparency across the floor while providing acoustic separation where it's needed. Every element, from the sculptural ceiling forms and custom joinery to the furniture specification and lighting design, was coordinated and delivered by SpaceForge as a single fit-out scope.
