Project Overview

SpaceForge delivered the complete interior fit-out for the MG Motor showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road, one of the largest automotive retail spaces in Dubai at over 3,000 m². The project was commissioned by Inter Emirates Motors and required a flagship environment that could function as a full brand experience, not just a car display floor. Our scope covered structural partitioning, MEP coordination, bespoke joinery, branded installations, and final finishing across both ground and mezzanine levels. The ground floor features custom-built octagonal timber reception podiums, curved service counters with integrated digital kiosks, precision-lit vehicle display zones, and a "Driven by Passion" signage arch fabricated to MG's global brand standards. A hospitality-grade customer lounge with exposed brick detailing, a timber bar counter, and red accent joinery was designed to extend dwell time beyond the typical dealership visit. The mezzanine houses a secondary vehicle display floor with consultation desks and branded flooring throughout. Every joinery element and branded installation, including the Union Jack tyre feature wall and British telephone box accent, was manufactured in our Al Quoz production facility and installed by our own crews on-site. No subcontracted joinery, no third-party finishing. One team managed the full fit-out from workshop to handover, giving MG and Inter Emirates Motors a single point of accountability across the entire 3,000 m² scope.
