Project Overview

SpaceForge delivered the complete interior fit-out and landscape works for a luxury 5-bedroom villa in Jumeirah, one of Dubai's most established and sought-after residential neighbourhoods. The project was a full turnkey engagement covering interior finishing, custom joinery, and outdoor landscaping, handed over as a single coordinated package. Interior works spanned all five bedrooms, living and dining areas, kitchens, and bathrooms, with high-quality finishes selected for both visual impact and long-term durability in Dubai's climate. Custom design elements were integrated throughout, including built-in joinery, bespoke cabinetry, and detailed finishing that reflect the scale and expectations of a Jumeirah address. All joinery was manufactured in-house at our production facility in Dubai, giving us direct control over quality and lead times. Landscape works were planned and executed alongside the interior build, covering hardscaping, planting, outdoor lighting, and the integration of living spaces with the villa's exterior areas. By managing both the interior fit-out and landscaping under one scope, the client received a fully finished property at handover rather than coordinating separate contractors for the outdoor works.
