Dubai Hills Villa - Living Room

Project Overview

SpaceForge designed and built this living room as part of a villa interior project in Dubai Hills Estate, one of the most sought-after residential communities in Dubai. The brief called for an open-plan living environment that felt connected to the outdoors, brought in natural light, and worked as a single continuous space without losing functional definition. The design is anchored by Poliform storage and shelving systems, selected for their ability to maintain open sightlines while creating distinct functional zones across the floor plan. Warm wood tones run through the joinery, wall panelling, and furniture detailing, tying the space together and giving it a grounded, tactile quality that avoids the cold minimalism common in Dubai villa interiors. Material selection was led by our design team and every joinery element was manufactured in-house at our Al Quoz production facility, from the timber wall cladding through to the built-in cabinetry. The result is a living space that feels considered and calm, designed around how the family actually uses the room, not around a render. Natural light, clean proportions, and honest materials doing the work.
