Biltmore Commercial Tower

Project Overview

SpaceForge delivered the interior design and fit-out for the common areas of Biltmore Commercial Tower, a 23-floor, 22,000 m² premium commercial development on Sheikh Zayed Road within Dubai's Financial Centre district. The project covered the tower's shared spaces including the main lobby, escalator halls, lift lobbies, and corridor areas across multiple floors. The design language is restrained and confident, warm vertical lighting panels set into clean wall surfaces, recessed ceiling lighting running the length of the corridors, and a material palette of polished stone, metal trim, and tonal neutrals that set a premium commercial tone without over-decorating. The escalator hall combines architectural-scale warm lighting with modern structural detailing, creating an arrival experience consistent with the tower's DIFC positioning. Every finish was selected for durability under high daily foot traffic while maintaining the visual standard expected of a Sheikh Zayed Road commercial address. SpaceForge managed the fit-out from design development through to manufacturing and on-site installation, coordinating across active floors and working within the operational constraints of a commercial tower build. All joinery and finishing elements were produced in-house at our Dubai production facility.
