Project Overview

SpaceForge designed and built the office interior for Arcan Project Management in Dubai. The brief called for a workspace that reflects the nature of the business, project management demands clarity, structure, and no-nonsense execution, while avoiding the generic corporate fit-out that most professional services firms default to. The design is built around an industrial-modern language. Exposed concrete ceilings and visible MEP ducting are left raw and honest, while black steel-framed glass partitions divide the open-plan workspace into defined zones without closing it off visually. The open workstation area uses timber desktops on minimal steel frames, paired with white mesh task chairs and open metal shelving, keeping the floor plate light and functional. Indoor planting is integrated throughout the open areas, softening the industrial palette and improving the feel of the day-to-day working environment. Private offices and meeting rooms are separated by full-height steel-framed glazing lined with deep green fluted wall panels and a living vertical garden, creating a striking visual contrast against the raw concrete and neutral tones of the main workspace. Accent lighting in these enclosed rooms is warm and directional, giving them a distinctly different atmosphere from the brighter, more open collaborative zones outside. The fit-out was delivered end-to-end by SpaceForge, from concept and space planning through to joinery manufacturing, MEP coordination, and on-site installation. Every element, including the custom timber workstations and steel-framed partitioning, was produced in-house at our Dubai facility.
